'I’m not pregnant,' the 39-year-old offered, adding, 'I’m not getting married anytime soon.' The redhead has been with her fiance Darren Le Gallo for 11 years and the two share a daughter Aviana, aged three.
Noticeably absent from the issue is a negative article about Gwyneth Paltrow which has reportedly been in the works for months.
Red-hot: Amy Adams made the January 2014 cover
of Vanity Fair, in which she confessed she is not pregnant and is not
getting married anytime soon
'I know he’s completely capable and lovely, and beautiful, and offers something I could never hope to offer just in the nature of his being,' she told writer Nell Scovell.
The actress, who the monthly labels Hollywood's Red-Hot Winter Wondergirl, stands out this year in American Hustle opposite Jennifer Lawrence and Bradley Cooper. But instead of talking about her character, she was game to discuss her body.

She was especially inspired to drop the pounds for a scene in which she had to dance in a revealing white bathing suit.
'Yeah, that’s terrifying. It’s amazing what a tan can do. Because I’m not tan, so that was fun to play with,' she admitted.
Having to wear a lot of dresses and no bra for support left her in a 'sort of a laissez-faire attitude about what your breasts are doing.'
Hold the carbs: The 39-year-old went on a diet to look svelte in this bathing suit for American Hustle
'I’d go up to Idina in the hallways during Enchanted,' she confessed, 'and I’d say, "I hope you’re happy…I hope you’re happy now..." And she’d just go, "It’s not going to happen, Amy."'
She also revealed she uses music as a form of therapy.
'When things are out of control, I’ll sing the Golden Helmet song from Man of La Mancha,' she said.
'I’ll just go…[sings], "I can hear the cuckoo singing in the cuckooberry tree…" And everyone in my life knows that means the situation is spiraling.'
She also admitted that when she should be hustling to land a job during an audition, she sometimes can't help but recommending someone else.
'I’d say, "I don’t think I’m right for this, but you know who you should get?"’ she recalled.
'I used to do that when I was an unemployed actress.'
Letting go: The actress said she developed a
Laissez-faire attitude about her chest when she had to go braless for so
many costumes in her '70s era mafia film

'I grew up loving St. Elmo's Fire, I thought that's what it meant to be adult, you went to bars and you had to buy sofas and it was all very dramatic.'
As far as her American Hustle co-star Bradley Cooper she said he had to suffer for the role.
'Bradley did not wear a wig nor did he have a perm, he came in every morning and had tight pink curlers put in his hair,' she said.
'Typically it's a female thing, you'd arrive early and the men came in and said awesome and leave, but Bradley and Christian were both with me, I had company.'
She said she still gets confused with Isla Fisher 'all the time.'
'I've known Isla for a while. Our kids went to the same dance school. We still look at each other and go, "I get it but I don't get it,"' she said.
For Christmas the beauty wants to 'stay really quiet' at home with her family.
As for Aviana, she says her child could get a 'big haul' if she asked for it, but she still just requests only a few toys. This year on the lost is 'a big Ariel doll and a scooter.'

Noticeably absent: For weeks there's been talk
